Meet Dot

Just talk. Dot listens, and Dot remembers.

Tell Dot how you've been, or how your parent is doing. It keeps the whole story straight and current — built on your actual medical records, in plain language you can understand.

Founded by a registered nurse. Your Chartkey organizes your health information — it doesn't diagnose or treat, and Dot's suggestions are never a substitute for your clinicians.

Dot

listening

"Mom's been dizzy since March — I keep meaning to write it down."
I've kept that with Margaret's record, dated March. I'll bring it up before her next visit.

Illustrative — synthetic data. Dot keeps what you say; its suggestions aren't professional medical advice.

How it works

Talk to Dot. It connects the dots.

No forms, no homework. Three plain steps.

1

You talk

Tell Dot how you've been — or how the parent you care for is doing. Speak, or type instead. No forms to fill in.

2

Dot keeps track

What you say is kept with your records on one plain-language timeline — in your words, dated, and easy to find again.

3

Dot keeps you on track

Screenings, vaccines, follow-ups — Dot notices what published guidelines suggest for your age and stage, and tells you. It proposes; you decide.

Real records underneath

Not another notes app. Your actual hospital records.

Connect the MyChart account you already have and Dot gathers your problems, medications, labs, vaccines, and visit notes onto one timeline — the same records your doctors see, explained in plain language. Nothing to dig up or retype.

For caregivers

Holding it together for a parent shouldn't take four portals and a notebook.

Keep an aging parent's whole picture in one place — with their knowledge, on their terms. Talk to Dot on their behalf, share scoped access with siblings, and walk into every appointment with the story ready to hand over.

One place for the whole family — every record, every caregiver

Dot watches each person's schedule separately

A claim flow so the record always belongs to the person it's about

Why I'm building this Aaron Whipkey, RN — founder of Your Chartkey

"One person always ends up holding it — the appointments, the medications, the questions nobody else remembers to ask. Usually while raising their own kids and working a job. Your Chartkey is for that person: everything in one place, so the whole family can finally see the same picture."

Built like it's your medical record. Because it is.

Yours, literally

You own the record. Export or delete everything, any time. We never sell your data.

Not a medical provider

Your Chartkey doesn't diagnose or treat — your clinicians do medicine. Dot's common-sense suggestions are never a substitute for professional medical advice.

Traceable, always

Every line Dot keeps links back to its source — a record, a lab, or your own words. You can always see where it came from.

Consent-first

Nothing is collected or shared without your explicit say-so. You're always in control of who sees what.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is this medical advice?

Your Chartkey doesn't diagnose, treat, or triage. Dot may offer general, common-sense suggestions — the kind a caring friend might — and always points you to your clinicians for medical decisions; nothing it says is professional medical advice. When Dot notices something from published guidelines, it proposes and waits for your say-so.

Who is Dot?

Dot is Your Chartkey's companion — the one voice you talk to. You can choose the accent you find easiest to listen to. It listens, keeps track of what you tell it alongside your records, and helps you stay on top of care.

Which records can I connect?

Your Chartkey connects to providers on Epic MyChart — most large US health systems — and brings your problems, medications, labs, vitals, vaccines, and notes onto your timeline. More sources are coming. And you don't need any connection to start: just talk to Dot.

Can I manage my mom's record?

Yes — it's what Your Chartkey is best at. Set up her record, talk to Dot on her behalf, invite siblings with exactly the access you choose, and see everything in the audit trail. When she's ready, she claims the record; it's always hers.

What happens to my data?

It's yours. We don't sell it, we don't share it without your explicit consent, and you can export or permanently delete it whenever you want.

Request an invite

Be first to meet Dot.

Your Chartkey is invite-only while it’s in beta. Tell us a little about who you’re keeping track for, and we’ll write back about an invite.

Made by a nurse for the person holding it all together — the daughter, the son, the spouse keeping track of everything.

We'll never ask for health details here, and won't share your email.

Who would you be keeping track for — yourself, a parent, someone else? A sentence is plenty. A real person reads every one and writes back about your invite.
