Words ChartKey uses

A short glossary, for when a word on screen is not the word you would have picked.

Care circle. The people authorized on a profile, and what each of them may do.

Chart. The organized view of your records, grouped by kind: conditions, medications, results, and so on.

Connection. A link between ChartKey and one hospital or clinic, which brings records in. You create one by signing in at that organization's portal.

Export. A downloadable copy of what ChartKey holds for you: a machine-readable file plus a readable summary.

FHIR. The industry standard hospitals use to share records with apps. You never have to think about it; it is why connecting works at all.

Keeper. The AI companion in ChartKey. Talks or types, reads your record when you ask, and never diagnoses.

Note. Something you recorded yourself, as opposed to something a clinic sent. Always labelled as yours.

Patient portal. Your hospital's own website or app, like MyChart. Where you sign in to authorize sharing, and where you message your care team.

Profile. One person's records. An account can hold several, if you manage care for other people.

Suggestion. Something Keeper noticed that may be due, drawn from your own notes and records. A proposal only, waiting for you to accept or dismiss.

Sync. The background refresh that brings new records in from a connection.

Timeline. The chronological view of your health story.
