Keeper's suggestions, and where they come from

Why Keeper sometimes surfaces a follow-up, how it decided, and why you always have the last word.

Sometimes Keeper will point out something that looks due. Here is exactly where that comes from and what it is not.

Where a suggestion comes from

Two sources, both your own information:

What a suggestion is not

It is not a recommendation from a clinician, not personalized medical advice, and not a decision. Keeper cannot know everything your care team knows, and a suggestion may be out of date, already handled, or simply not right for you.

You always decide

Every suggestion waits for you. Accept it and it joins your list of things to keep an eye on; dismiss it and it goes away. Nothing is added to your plan silently, and dismissing something is not held against you.

If a suggestion seems wrong

Dismiss it, and if it looks like a mistake rather than a preference, tell us with Send feedback. Suggestions that misread a note are worth knowing about. Anything clinical belongs with your care team, who can see what Keeper cannot.
