Settings, and making ChartKey easier to use
Text size, motion, captions, how Keeper sounds, and where to find your connections.
Settings is short on purpose. Everything in it changes something you can see.
Reading and motion
- Larger text increases type size across the app, not just on one screen.
- Reduce motion calms the animation, including Keeper's orb. If movement on screen bothers you, this is the switch.
Both follow you between sessions.
How Keeper sounds and reads
- Keeper's voice picks the accent you hear. You chose one when you first met Keeper; this is where you change your mind.
- Captions show Keeper's words as text while it speaks. On by default; the toggle here sets the default, and there is one inside a conversation too.
Your connections
Every hospital and clinic you have connected is listed, with whether it is syncing. You can reconnect one that has stopped, or disconnect one entirely. Disconnecting stops future updates and does not remove what already arrived.
Your data
Export downloads a copy: a machine-readable file plus a readable summary. Delete account removes your records, notes, documents, and sign-in. Both are described in Your data rights.
Signing in and out
You are signed out automatically after a long idle period, which is deliberate on a shared or borrowed device. Signing out yourself is in the same area.
